Common Questions

How many cats can I board and does that affect pricing?

The pricing is only determined by the number of nights not on the number of cats, you may board as many cats as long as they are a family, we do not allow cats that do not know each other to share the room for their safety. Each cat gets its own private room to eliminate any stress triggers.

Do you provide food and litter?

We provide standard litter, if your kitty uses a special type of litter you will need to provide us with that, you will be providing us with the cat food as it varies heavily cat to cat. Please also bring treats and other food supplements. We refrain from giving any unfamiliar food to the cats to avoid stomach issues.

Is there a check in and check out time?

Yes please check your cat in before 8pm the day of drop off, check out is 12pm on the determined day of pick up.

What do I need to bring to the drop off?

Food, litter (if special litter is used), toys, and an item from your home that smells like home to help with anxiety.

How does the 24/7 camera access work?

Each suite has a virtual camera you can check at any time while you're away. You'll receive secure access to your cat's suite so you can watch them relax, play, and nap whenever you miss them.

Can you follow my cat's feeding routine and medications?

Yes. We personalize feeding, medications, and daily care to your cat's exact needs. Just share their routine and we'll follow it faithfully.

Will my cat get attention and playtime?

Every guest receives daily playtime, interaction, and affection. Because we keep our boarding environment intentionally small and quiet, each cat gets genuine individual attention.
